不锈钢的结构成分 Structural composition of stainless steel 不锈钢的耐蚀性随含碳量的增加而降低,因此,大多数不锈钢的含碳量均较低,最大不超过1.2%,有些钢的ωc(含碳量)甚至低于0.03%(如00Cr12)。不锈钢中的主要合金元素是Cr(铬),只有当Cr含量达到一定值时,钢材有耐蚀性。因此,不锈钢一般Cr(铬)含量至少为10.5%。不锈钢中还含有Ni、Ti、Mn、N、Nb、Mo、Si、Cu等元素。 The corrosion resistance of stainless steel decreases with the increase of carbon content. Therefore, the carbon content of most stainless steels is low, not more than 1.2% at most, and the ω C (carbon content) of some steels is even lower than 0.03% (such as 00Cr12). The main alloy element in stainless steel is Cr (chromium). Only when Cr content reaches a certain value, the steel has corrosion resistance. Therefore, the general Cr (CR) content of stainless steel is at least 10.5%. Stainless steel also contains Ni, Ti, Mn, N, Nb, Mo, Si, Cu and other elements. |
