| 合成纤维筛网 Synthetic fibre sieve 合成纤维筛网有锦纶或涤纶的长丝和棕两种。长丝用15~30旦单丝，筛网孔眼表面光滑，有利于过滤。织物组织可采用、方平和平纹等，规格有19~104孔/厘米。多用作印花绢网，集成电路印刷线路板制做，也可用于筛选显像管荧光粉和磁带的磁粉等较细颗粒。棕丝筛网用较粗的锦纶棕丝为原料,直径为0.55~0.1毫米，织物多为平纹席形组织，用于选矿、过滤纸浆、传送带等。合成纤维筛网具有不生锈、耐腐蚀等特点，能代替部分金属筛网。 There are two kinds of synthetic fiber sieve: nylon or polyester filament and brown. Filament with 15 ~ 30 denier monofilament, screen mesh hole surface smooth, conducive to filtration. Fabric weave can be used, flat and plain weave, the specifications are 19-104 holes/cm. It is mostly used for printing silk screen and printed circuit board of integrated circuit. It can also be used for screening finer particles such as phosphor of picture tube and magnetic powder of tape. Brown silk screen is made of coarse nylon brown silk with a diameter of 0.55-0.1 mm. The fabric is mostly plain sheet structure. It is used for mineral processing, filtering pulp, conveyor belt and so on. Synthetic fiber sieve has the characteristics of rust-free and corrosion-resistant, which can replace some metal sieve. |
