不锈钢筛网的制作工艺总共有4种。分为拉伸型不锈钢筛网、平顶型不锈钢筛网、波纹型不锈钢筛网、轧花型不锈钢筛网。

拉伸型不锈钢筛网
Stretch stainless steel screen
采用优质不锈钢板经冲压或拉伸而成，故又称为不锈钢拉伸网或者不锈钢钢板网，不锈钢冲孔网。不锈钢钢板网可用于扶梯，通道，矿井，机车，道路，市政设施，住宅小区使用。
It is made of high quality stainless steel sheet by stamping or stretching, so it is also called stainless steel stretching net or stainless steel sheet net and stainless steel punching net. Stainless steel mesh can be used in escalators, passages, mines, locomotives, roads, municipal facilities, residential areas.
波纹型不锈钢筛网
Corrugated stainless steel screen
有单丝筛和双丝筛两种，单丝一般孔径偏小，丝粗。筛透率优于钢板筛网（有包边、不包边磨平型）。双丝孔径偏大，丝细。使用时弹性、耐磨度优于单丝重型筛网。价格低于单丝重型筛网，经济适用。
There are two kinds of single-filament sieve and double-filament sieve. The diameter of single-filament is generally small and the filament is thick. Screening permeability is better than steel plate screen (with edge-wrapping and non-edge-wrapping grinding). Double filament has larger aperture and finer filament. The elasticity and wear resistance of the screen are better than those of the single wire heavy screen. The price is lower than that of single-filament heavy screen, which is economical and applicable.
轧花型不锈钢筛网
Rolled stainless steel screen
采用优质钢丝，不锈钢丝，铁丝，镀锌丝等材质先轧后编，双向弯曲，双向隔波弯曲，单向弯曲。由预先弯曲成波浪形的不锈钢丝以平纹编织而成。由于金属丝预先以模具弯曲成形，因此能使两个方向的金属丝处于相对正确的位置，从而保证了轧花网的网孔尺寸的一致性。
High quality steel wire, stainless steel wire, iron wire, galvanized wire and other materials are rolled before knitting, two-way bending, two-way wave isolation bending, one-way bending. The stainless steel wire bended into wavy shape is woven in plain weave. Because the wire is pre-formed by bending with a die, the wire in both directions can be positioned in a relatively correct position, thus ensuring the uniformity of mesh size.
